Who operates Facily
Facily is operated by Prem Pratap Singh Tomar in India. These Terms apply to facily.net, studio.facily.net, ad.facily.net, admin.facily.net, and the Facily mobile apps.
Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to create an account. Do not create an account for another person without authority. Keep credentials secure and tell us through the Privacy and Support form if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not use Facily for illegal content, exploitation, threats, harassment, hateful conduct, sexual abuse material, fraud, malware, impersonation, privacy violations, spam, rights infringement, manipulated engagement, or attempts to bypass security or platform limits.
Creators and advertisers are responsible for their uploads, claims, permissions, disclosures, and destinations. Advertisements must also comply with the current advertiser policy shown before campaign submission.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Facily a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transcode, reproduce, display, distribute, and make your content available only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable technical backups, lawful retention, and content shared by others where removal is not technically immediate.
Moderation and enforcement
Facily may restrict distribution, remove content, reject ads, suspend features, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people, comply with law, or secure the service. Reporters and affected users may use the electronic notice and appeal paths in the Community Guidelines.
Payments and monetization
Paid campaigns, memberships, refunds, taxes, creator eligibility, and payouts are available only when the applicable product flow displays complete commercial terms and the feature is enabled. A draft, demo, estimate, or disabled control is not a promise that a paid service is available.
Service changes and availability
Facily may change or discontinue features and may interrupt service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We will give reasonable notice when a material change affects an active paid service unless urgent action is required.
Disclaimers and liability
Facily is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, audience, revenue, campaign results, or preservation of content outside documented retention and backup commitments. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing rules and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply where you live. Material changes receive a new version and require renewed acceptance before continued account use where required.
