Adult-only accounts
You must be 18 or older to create or operate a Facily account. Do not create an account for a child or ask a child to provide personal information through Facily. Guest access does not permit uploading, commenting, advertising, payment, or account personalization.
Zero tolerance
Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, extortion, dangerous challenges targeting minors, and attempts to identify or contact children for exploitation are prohibited. Facily may immediately disable access, preserve necessary evidence, and report apparent illegal material to competent authorities or designated reporting organizations where required.
Made for kids
A creator's made-for-kids disclosure is a content and advertising safety signal, not permission for child accounts. Such content must not receive personalized advertising or exploitative engagement features. Creators remain responsible for accurate classification.
Report
Use the report control on a video or comment for immediate content reporting, or /feedback for a detailed safety notice. Include the exact Facily URL and reason; never download, copy, or redistribute suspected illegal material.
